JAMES L. RADOS graduated Cum Laude from John Carroll University in 1974. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Dayton in 1977. While at the University of Dayton, he was Editor in Chief of the University of Dayton Law Review. He is a member of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel, Illinois State Bar Association and the American Board of Trial Advocate. He has published law review articles and conducted numerous seminars during his professional career. In addition to being appointed as an arbitrator for the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Program, he has been selected as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association as well as an independent arbitrator in the facilitation of uninsured and underinsured motorists' claims. THOMAS J. BROPHY earned his B.S. Degree from Illinois Benedictine University in 1965. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Chicago Kent College of Law in 1968. Since that time, he has concentrated his practice in the area of insurance defense, the last 25 years with the firm of Beverly & Pause. JAMES P. IOVINELLI graduated from Eastern Illinois University with Honors. He then attended the Thomas Cooley Law School where he graduated with Juris Doctorate Degree in 1992. Mr. Iovinelli has litigated to verdict cases in both the civil and criminal divisions of the Circuit Court of Cook County. MARC L. SRODULSKI received his B.A. in Biology and Environmental Conversation at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1993 and completed his Juris Doctorate Degree with Honors at Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1997. While at Chicago-Kent, Mr. Srodulski clerked for Federal Magistrate Hon. Ronald Guzman, served as Vice-President of the Environmental Law Society, and ultimately received the distinguished Environmental Law & Policy Certificate from Chicago-Kent's Environmental Law Program. After graduation, Mr. Srodulski worked as an Environmental Consultant providing risk and policy exposure evaluations to international insurance companies for their clients with highly contaminated environmental hazards. He joined the trial attorneys at Beverly & Pause in 1998. Since that time he has brought in excess of 50 trials to jury verdict. JOEL STEPHEN graduated from the University of Dallas in 1987 with a B.A. in History. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1992. He was admitted to the Northern District of Illinois in 1995. He commenced his legal career doing work as a plaintiff's attorney until joining Beverly & Pause in 1998. Having litigated plaintiff's personal injuries, he brings an additional perspective to the handling of defense claims. Since joining Beverly & Pause he has in excess of 75 jury verdicts. He has been admitted to the Federal Trial Bar and United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and is a member of the DuPage County and Illinois State Bar Associations. JUSTIN D. WINE received his B.A. in History from Northwestern University in 2001. He did so while playing NCAA Division One soccer, becoming a four-year letterman. He earned his Juris Doctorate Degree with Honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2005. While at Chicago-Kent, Mr. Wine received a Certificate in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and he clerked at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Felony Trial Division. He joined Beverly & Pause in 2005. Since that time, he has brought numerous jury trials to verdict in the Civil Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County.
